Metrolina Real Estate Investors Association Subgroups
One of the great benefits of becoming an active member of Metrolina REIA is the fact that you can attend any of the following subgroups shown below. This is a fabulous opportunity to learn from fellow investors that are making money, providing affordable housing, and enjoying every minute of their involvement while learning about real estate investing in a smaller, more intimate group. Attendance is FREE for members but you are asked to support the restaurant when attending a subgroup meeting. Where else can you get so much education for the cost of a meal?
PLEASE NOTE! Non-Metrolina REIA members can attend two subgroup meetings after which they must join the Metrolina REIA to continue attending.

Rock Hill Subgroup: Monthly on the 1st Thursday at 6 pm
The Rock Hill Subgroup meets monthly on the first Thursday of each month at:
Sonrisers Subgroup: Every Friday at 7 am
Meets every Friday morning at 7:00 for breakfast. Meeting starts at 7:30 am with a devotional and the speaker starts at 7:35 am. At 8:15 am we do a marketing session and promptly end at 8:30 am. Each meeting opens with a 3-5 minute devotional on investing, based on Ethical, Moral and Biblical principals. Meetings are held at the Light Rail Family Restaurant (formerly known as the Flamingo Restaurant) on 8045 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC. This is a great way to learn and share information with other experienced and inexperienced investors. Join us for food, fun, education and fellowship!
